When you order something from us, you don't want uninvited guests to see what you order. Or worse: that someone makes off with your personal data. That is why we do everything we can to keep your private information truly private.

What information do we need from you and why?

First and last name
This is how we recognize you as a customer

Address and place of residence
This way we can ship your order to the right place

Phone number
We can call you about your order if necessary

Payment details
We use a secure payment environment to pay for your order. When you pay with iDeal or bank transfer, your details are stored in our administration so that we can link the payment to your order. Furthermore, we only use your bank account number to credit an order. When you pay by credit card, we send your credit card details from our secure environment directly to Multisafepay. They process our credit card payments. We do not see your credit card details, Multisafepay only tells us whether your payment has been made

IP address
In the showroom we recognize you by your appearance, on the internet we look at your IP address. We remember your preferences and thus provide appropriate advice. By remembering your IP address, we immediately ensure that no one else uses your account.

Email address
You will receive an email about your order, invoice and the products you buy from us. We will email you the tracking information. We will only send you offers and newsletters if you give us permission to do so. Would you rather not receive newsletters and offers anymore? This is how you unsubscribe: by sending an email to info@allrackets.com, or via the link at the bottom of the newsletter itself.

We also use your data for the following:

Account
Your account contains your personal information. Name, delivery and billing address, date of birth, telephone number and login details. Very useful, because then you don't have to re-enter this data every time. We also store information about your previous orders. Then we can help you faster.

Newsletters
You can sign up for our newsletter. Would you rather not receive newsletters and offers anymore? Unsubscribing is done this way: via info@allrackets.com, or via the link at the bottom of the newsletter itself.

Customizing data?

Would you like to view your personal data? Or do you want to change or delete data from our system? No problem. You can do this yourself via your account. Or you let us know via info@allrackets.com.
