AllRackets.com offers you the opportunity to return unused items, in undamaged packaging, within 14 days (labels on clothing, plastic around the racket grip), shoes not worn.
NB! Nowadays, PostNL no longer leaves a message if they are standing in front of a closed door. Therefore, always send us a message with the tracking so that we are aware of your return package.
The shipping and handling costs incurred by Allrackets.com will be charged to you when you return part of the shipment. Also when returning an order that falls under the warranty conditions, the costs for returning are for your account.
Goods that are returned by you must be provided with an envelope with the fully completed return form that you can download below.

Exceptions
Some products fall under exceptions, you can probably understand why
